From the engine room – Noah Winkelman

From the moment the idea for In Out Market Consulting was born, we knew that the most important thing was to communicate the entire project in the best possible way. Knowing how to reach customers, seeing the possibilities for providing services and added value.

We think about how to do it, how to reach more customers, more markets.

We decided that whenever possible, we had to commit to local suppliers and partners, from our headquarters.

To do this, we put ourselves in Noah’s hands. He is a creative web and content designer.

From the outset, he understood the project and was 100% committed to it.

That is why today we want to share this article with him, so that he can explain to us better how he saw it, what he thought, etc.

Noah, tell us a little about how you saw the project getting started.

From my first contact with In Out Market Consulting, I sensed a solid idea with a clear vision. The challenge was to transform that strategic clarity into a coherent, functional and well-structured digital presence. The priority was to define how the website could become a real commercial tool, not just a showcase.

What caught your attention the most?

Josep’s involvement and approachable communication style. From the outset, there was a genuine desire to build something useful, with relevant content and a clean visual identity. It wasn’t about creating just another website, but rather a point of connection between markets, services and people.

What sets our website apart from others?

The website conveys credibility without complications. It was designed with usability in mind: light structure, clear hierarchy, direct messages. Everything you see has a function, without unnecessary decorative elements. In addition, the multilingual approach reinforces the international orientation of the project.

What does our website convey at first glance?

Professionalism, transparency and dynamism. Navigation is intuitive and the central message is instantly understood: a consultancy firm that connects markets and provides tangible value. The visual aesthetic supports this perception, without distractions.

How are our ratings looking in this first month?

Initial traffic has been positive. There is noticeable interest both in the main markets (Spain and Portugal) and in international visits (United States, India). The metrics show a high average time on page and a low bounce rate, confirming that users are finding what they are looking for. In addition, the blog is beginning to generate traction and organic positioning.

We are very pleased with the response from customers and the contacts we have established.

They tell us that the website is clear, fresh and easy to use.

We also frequently add new content, with articles of interest.

We are just starting out, and we want to add new sections and new formats to the website.

It is available in Spanish, Portuguese, our main markets, as well as English, for companies that collaborate with us from outside our borders.

What new projects do you have in mind for the website?

We are planning new sections focused on success stories, integration with market analysis tools, and interactive formats for audiovisual content. We also want to strengthen dynamic content and multilingual SEO strategies.

Have we already carried out projects for any clients? Tell us a little about how it went.

Yes, the first projects have been successfully launched. Feedback has been very positive, especially regarding the clarity of the process and communication. The ecosystem that is developing around In Out Market Consulting has the potential to consolidate quickly.

In our first month of operation, we already have projects that are almost complete and many others underway, filling us with excitement and enthusiasm to continue with this project, which involves more than 50 people at different levels and in different roles. These include freelancers, companies, institutions, etc.

We believe that we will enjoy this project much more in the coming months.

But we are clear that Noah is going to be a very important part of this whole development. She is the one who brings a bit of order to the information, to how we convey everything. As well as in new projects that are about to be launched shortly.

What would you highlight for the shorter-term future?

Optimise the website as a commercial channel, promote valuable content and continue to improve visibility in search engines. The immediate goal is to turn the website into a living tool that reflects the evolution of the consultancy and its collaborations.
